Policy
This site is small and collects as little as possible. This page explains what information is handled when you visit ericdromazos.com, book a call, or make a payment, and who handles it.
What this site collects
Visit statistics. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, and it does not identify you or track you across other websites. It records aggregated information such as the page viewed, the referring site, your country, and your browser and device type.
Server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical information like your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Fonts. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage. It is never sent to me.
Booking a call
Calls are scheduled through Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email, and any notes, and shares them with me so I can hold the meeting. Cal.com's ownprivacy policy applies to that information.
Payments
Payments for calls, services, subscriptions, products, and invoices are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by me or this site. I receive a record of the transaction, such as your name, email, billing address, amount, and what you purchased, for fulfillment, receipts, taxes, and bookkeeping. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the information it processes.
Uploading files
The upload page uses Google Forms. Google requires you to sign in, and records your Google account email with your submission along with any name and message you enter. Uploaded files are stored in my Google Drive and copied to my personal storage for backup. Only I have access to them, and I delete them once they are no longer needed for the work. Google's privacy policy applies to how Google processes the upload.
If you email me, I receive your address and whatever you choose to write, and use it only to reply.
How your information is used
To run and improve the site, schedule and hold calls, review files you send, deliver what you purchased, send receipts and invoices, and meet legal and tax obligations. I do not sell or rent personal information, and I do not use it for advertising.
How long it is kept
Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Anything else is deleted when no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailingdromazej@gmail.com. Some records, like payment history, may need to be kept for legal reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or California privacy law.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
